Your Spencer Phillips watch is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms and conditions of this guarantee for a period of 3 years. This guarantee covers the watch movement, hands and dial. This guarantee does not cover the battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, or damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear & tear, water damage unless stated. This guarantee is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
