Horologist Spencer Philips trained in London achieving the British Horological Institute’s Final Grade with Merit. He then trained at W.O.S.T.E.P. in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
Spencer has run a watch and clock repair business in Retford, Nottinghamshire for over 30 years, with a fully equipped workshop having machinery, tools and parts accumulated over that period.
